As a Partner, Rod is involved in all phases of the building process. He has administered and executed the programming, design, construction documents and construction phases of significant projects in the educational, religious, and commercial/industrial markets. As specification writer, he works closely with the design team, client and consultants to determine the products and systems that will best achieve a project's design criteria.
Away from the office, Rod is busy coaching youth sports, leading Boy Scouts and teaching Sunday School. Other interests include photography and traveling.
