Koch World Headquarters - Tower

Koch World Headquarters - Building T is an 8-story, 550,000 square foot office building.  It is the signature building on Koch's World Headquarters Campus in Wichita, Kansas.  As one of the largest office buildings in Kansas, it has earned the prestigious ENERGY STAR rating.  ENERGY STAR, a program established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is the mark of superior energy performance and identifies a building as one of the most efficient buildings in the nation. By taking this important step along the path to energy efficiency, money is saved and the release of greenhouse gases are prevented thus protecting the environment.

Howard + Helmer architecture has had a relationship with Koch Industries, Inc. since 1997.  Our firm has provided architectural services involving a host of expansions, renovations, code analysis, and security assessment upgrades.  The latest endeavor with Koch involves the acquisition of LEED Certified status for Building T and a pursuit of campus wide sustainability.  The first step in this process was obtaining the ENERGY STAR rating qualification, paving the way towards our future goal.
